Urgent Call to Action: Your signatures needed ASAP !!!

Posted June 21st, 2010 by "Yawn"

“TX Patriots- Your signatures needed ASAP to get Sheriff Mack to speak” at the upcoming 2010 Texas Sheriff Conference.

Sheriff Mack fought and won a Supreme Court Case that countered an overarching, unconstitutional reach of the federal government. His case overturned the Brady Bill. We’d like Sheriff Mack to speak and encourage other Texas Sheriffs in their role as defenders of the U.S. Constitution.

Sheriff Mack would come to the upcoming 2010 Texas Sheriff Conference but we need signatures (fast) to encourage the conference agenda setters to add him to the speaking agenda.

Would you please take a moment to help by signing and sharing this petition with others?

http://www.petitiononline.com/Sheriff/petition.html

While his winning case at the Supreme Court was triggered by the unconstitutional Brady Bill, the ruling covers Government Controlled “Health Care”, Cap and Trade, and almost every battle we will deal with this year and beyond.

Sheriff Mack’s success in the Supreme Court Decision was that: The Federal Government may not compel the States to enact or administer a federal regulatory program.”

Maybe California Should Boycott California…

Posted May 21st, 2010 by Julie

This is Section 834b out of the State of California’s Penal Code.  It sounds a lot like the new Arizona law, doesn’t it?  Read the last section specifically.

This shows the Governor and Mayors of Los Angeles and San Francisco, et al., as hypocrites and obviously not upholding their oath of office to enforce the laws of the state.

Maybe it’s time for California to BOYCOTT California…

834b.  (a) Every law enforcement agency in California shall fully cooperate with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service regarding any person who is arrested if he or she is suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws.

   (b) With respect to any such person who is arrested, and suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws, every law enforcement agency shall do the following:

   (1) Attempt to verify the legal status of such person as a citizen of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted as a permanent resident, an alien lawfully admitted for a temporary period of time or as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of immigration laws. The verification process may include, but shall not be limited to, questioning the person regarding his or her date and place of birth, and entry into the United States, and demanding documentation to indicate his or her legal status.

   (2) Notify the person of his or her apparent status as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws and inform him or her that, apart from any criminal justice proceedings, he or she must either obtain legal status or leave the United States.

   (3) Notify the Attorney General of California and the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service of the apparent illegal status and provide any additional information that may be requested by any other public entity.

   (c) Any legislative, administrative, or other action by a city, county, or other legally authorized local governmental entity with jurisdictional boundaries, or by a law enforcement agency, to prevent or limit the cooperation required by subdivision (a) is expressly prohibited.

What do illegal aliens, Ford, Robin Hood and Obama have in common?

Posted May 21st, 2010 by Julie

No… it’s not stealing from the rich to re-distribute to the poor (although we certainly know Obama is all for that).

It’s support of illegal aliens and their right to sue Americans in our courts at our expense.

Check this out… A Rancher named Roger Barnett has spent much of his time over the past 12 years trying to defend his land and keep illegal aliens from crossing it to get into the United States. Now he is being sued in federal court by 16 illegal aliens who are being funded by MALDEF, a liberal legal defense fund.

It turns out that MALDEF got its start, in part, with funding from Ford Motor Company (along with the NAACP and several other reverse-racism promoters like the League of United Latin American Citizens).

MALDEF’s big claim to fame over the past 40 years is winning a famous court case in Texas that forced the Texas legislature into adopting the ‘Robin Hood’ funding initiative whereby the state purposely overtaxes rich districts in an attempt to funnel the funds to poor, sparsely-populated districts. Many feel that this has ruined much of Texas’ public education system and is flat-out unconstitutional.

Now… if you think that it is just plain wrong for 16 illegal aliens to sue an American citizen (at our expense mind you), then you are in good company. But… that company does not include President Obama. He, in fact, thinks so much of the folks at MALDEF that he hired the president of MALDEF to be his ‘Assistant Secretary of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity’ in the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development (another giant sinkhole of tax payer money).

Wow… more CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN!!
