Verify the Recall

On Tuesday, December 13 a rally was held near the LBJ Library at the University of Texas, Austin to highlight the attack on election reforms launched inside by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. Holder went to Texas to denounce the Lone Star State’s voter ID laws and claimed that simple voter ID laws were somehow discriminatory. Holder ominously claimed that he would use the power of his office to “enforce civil rights protections” during the upcoming 2012 elections.
Outside the LBJ Library nearly 200 citizens gathered to hear a multi-racial panel of six speakers denounce Holder’s partisan attempts to push the administration’s agenda to turn a blind eye to continuing voter fraud that consistently favors candidates from the Democrat Party.
The rally was sponsored by the Houston-based True The Vote, a grass roots voter integrity project staffed by volunteers. True The Vote is a nation-wide organization that has affiliates across the country, every day citizens interested in the integrity of the elections in their home district.
True The Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht said she was thrilled by the turnout that was arranged on only a few day’s notice:

True The Vote Rally In Austin on December 13th
To Set The Record Straight About Eric Holder, The DOJ, and the UN
HOUSTON, TX – At 4PM, on Tuesday, December 13, at the LBJ Library in
Austin, Texas, TRUE THE VOTE will rally with fellow patriots to set the
record straight about U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, his Department
of Justice, and the interference of the United Nations in elections in the
United States. The planned rally is to focus on Holder’s intention to use
the DOJ to push a progressive and racial agenda on our elections and on
efforts by other progressive organizations to include foreign forces in our
electoral process.
Attorney General Eric Holder will be at the LBJ Library in Austin, Texas on
December 13 to make speak on the importance of ensuring equal voting
rights. Yet, Holder is loathe to preclear voter integrity projects as well as
voter identification requirements in Texas, South Carolina and other
states.
Further, the UK Guardian reported on December 5 that the National
Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) has
petitioned the United Nations to involve itself in elections in the United
States with the false claim that election reform advocates are attempting
to suppress the voting rights of minorities.
Eric Holder and the NAACP stand against Texas plans for redistricting and
its Voter Photo ID laws. Free and fair elections are at risk.

TRUE THE VOTE is a national election integrity project based in Houston,
TX, led by Catherine Engelbrecht. Its purpose is to equip citizens for
involvement at every stage of our electoral process and to actively
protect the rights of legitimate voters regardless of party affiliation.
Fellow Patriot,
Democrats are teaching “voter suppression.”
Earlier this month Van Jones, together with MoveOn.org, ThinkProgress, and a host of others, hosted the Take Back the American Dream conference in Washington, DC. At the conference they offered a breakout session entitled “Voter Suppression in the 2012 Election: The Civil Rights Movement to Take Back the Right to Vote.” Several speakers made it a point to single out True the Vote for vilification. No, I’m not kidding. We’ve grown accustomed to outlandish schemes to attract new voters, but equating the fight against election fraud to disenfranchisement is a spin I can’t quite make sense of. Here are a couple of the factually false talking points they use against us:
False Talking Point #1: Election fraud is an imaginary problem.
The claim is that election fraud is a figment of the imagination, used to disenfranchise groups of voters. They couldn’t be more wrong. Here’s just a sample of what we’ve seen in recent election cycles – In Wisconsin, more than 30,000 voter registrations were questioned after it was learned ACORN used felons as registration workers. In Pennsylvania, more than 57,000 registrations were thrown out due to falsification of information, and in Florida there were questions about how 30,000 felons were registered to vote. And just yesterday, an Indiana official resigned over the revelation of hundreds of fraudulent petition signatures that ultimately put Barack Obama on the ballot. Fraud is a problem – and it’s only getting worse.
Fact: Citizens must engage in the support and defense of our electoral process.
True the Vote is a group of concerned citizens from all walks of life, whose political affiliations include Republicans, Democrats, and Independents. We are focused on restoring integrity to our election processes. We are training and mobilizing thousands upon thousands of citizens to volunteer as poll monitors in all 50 states; we are making a difference and you can be a part of it. Every dollar you contribute goes directly towards covering the costs of True the Vote training programs and ongoing support, so please help us by following this link right now to make the most generous contribution you can afford.
False Talking Point #2: Voter ID laws depress turnout.
Opponents of Voter ID laws make outrageous claims of voter disenfranchisement. They are are quick to cry that low-income, minority and elderly voters might be prevented from voting if they have no personal identification, causing overall turnout to be depressed.
Fact: Voter turnout increases in states that have implemented voter ID laws.
As of today, six states (Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Rhode Island, South Carolina and Texas) require individuals to produce a photograph identification card when they vote at their polling place on Election Day. In 2008, the first election in which Georgia had a voter ID law, turnout increased by 6.7%; Democratic turnout increased by 6.1%. During the same election, Indiana saw Democratic voter turnout increase by 8.3% compared to neighbor (and home of President Obama who was on the ballot) Illinois’ 4.4% increase.
The facts are clear. Our electoral system is under assault. With the potential for presidential primaries as early as December this year, we urgently need your support to train poll workers, especially in early voting states like New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina. Your immediate donation is critical to successfully implementing our programs in time for the 2012 elections. That’s why I’m asking you to follow this link to make a donation of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more right now.
If our elections are not truly fair, we are not truly free.
This is your chance to make a difference and ensure that every American enjoys the right to cast their ballot and have it counted.
Onward,

Catherine Engelbrecht
President and Founder, True the Vote
P.S. Don’t be fooled—election fraud is a serious problem in America. That’s why True the Vote is working tirelessly to train and mobilize thousands of volunteer poll monitors in all 50 states ahead of the 2012 elections. With primary season almost here, we urgently need your support. Will you follow this link right now to make the most generous contribution you can afford and take a stand for election integrity?
What a surprise to have Anita Moncrief show up at one of our meetings! She gave a presentation that is a must-see for all conservatives. Anita details the inner workings of the Left agenda and tells the story of how she exposed the fraudulent voter registration practices of ACORN and Barack Obama. If you’ve got friends who are left-leaning or independents, or especially those who have become disenchanted with Obama, you need to show them this. I simply cannot fathom how one can listen to this presentation and still support the Democrats.
You can watch the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuDSKAh27IE
Here are some highlights I pulled out from Anita’s presentation, and I noted at what time in the video she said them.
Anita’s organization is Sanity 2012 (www.sanity2012.com). She can be contacted at anita@sanity2012.com or 202-412-2970.
Please also check out Brandon Darby’s presentation on a similar topic this same evening. Click here.
The NE Tarrant Tea Party is establishing a voter integrity team to assist with recruiting Election Judges, Alternate Judges, Clerks, and Pollwatchers for the May 2, 2011 elections. These local elections will be a good training opportunity as we get ready for the Primary and General Elections in 2012.
We will be keenly interested in any of you who are bilingual (English and Spanish or Vietnamese) who can assist in these positions or as an interpreter at a Precinct on election day. We will primarily support those Precincts which are covered by our cities but also Tarrant County wide, as necessary.
Pollworker (Election Judge, Alternate Judge, Clerk, Pollwatcher) is not as intimidating it may sound. Both online and live training will be available to ensure that anyone volunteering for this important task is well trained to do the job correctly. Training is mandatory for election judges and alternate election judges. If you cannot take on a Judge or Clerk role please consider pollwatching as a way to help insure a fair election process.
General qualifications:
Working hours on election day are approximately 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM. You must have transportation to and from your assigned polling place. Pay (if any) varies depending upon the type of election and other factors. Pollwatchers are assigned by Candidates for the local and special elections and this is NOT a paid position.
Please select one or more of the positions you would prefer and select the Precinct(s) you might prefer (if known), then forward your name and this information to Dennis Arens (dla2of17@commonsensecitizens.net).
The King Street Patriots, who take their name from the patriot group that demonstrated in the streets of Boston in 1770, just put on their True The Vote Texas Summit. True The Vote was started as their initiative to clean up voter rolls and stop voter fraud in Houston’s Harris County. If you haven’t heard about what’s been going on down there you’ve missed one of the top ten underreported stories according to Andrew Breitbart.
“Vacant lots had several voters registered on them. An eight-bed halfway house had more than 40 voters registered at its address,” Engelbrecht said. “We then decided to look at who was registering the voters.”
“….The other registrations included one of a woman who registered six times in the same day; registrations of non-citizens; so many applications from one Houston Voters collector in one day that it was deemed to be beyond human capability; and 1,597 registrations that named the same person multiple times, often with different signatures.”
KSP/TTV will host a National Summit with Andrew Brietbart as a guest speaker. Other featured speakers include former Federal Election Commissioner Hans A. von Spakovsky, former Department of Justice attorney Christian Adams and conservative author/columnist John Fund. Adams made news last year when he resigned in protest from the DOJ after the Obama Administration refused to prosecute the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party.
Tell as many people as you can about this. After all, what good is all of our hard work if we have fraudulent elections? There is no reason that every patriot group in America shouldn’t know how to poll watch and how to clean up the voting process. Make sure that you are there.
[editor's note: The NETTP will begin rolling out a plan for Tarrant County as soon as the software from KSP is available.]
Is vote fraud a serious problem in America? Let’s look at where we are today, and how we got here.
This article was sent to me by Donna Garner…
1.12.11, 4:00 P. M.
Breaking news:
Here is Joe Straus’ first committee (House Select Committee on Election Contest — http://www.statesman.com/blogs/content/shared-gen/blogs/austin/politics/entries/2011/01/12/speaker_names_committee_to_con.html ) to be appointed since his election to Speaker on 1.11.11.
The majority of Representatives who voted for Straus yesterday claimed that he would become a much more conservative Speaker this session. Let’s see what he did in his first committee assignment of the Session.
I have used the Young Conservatives of Texas ratings to compare the people Straus appointed to this committee. The YCT figures are based upon broad-based conservative principles and indicate how these Reps. voted in the 81st Legislature.
Please notice that Straus has chosen nobody who has a conservative rating of at least 85% or above. Therefore, it is safe to say that not one authentic conservative has been appointed to this very important committee to decide whether a principled conservative Republican such as Dan Neil won or one of the most left-leaning Democrats, Donna Howard, has won:
Master of Discovery — Will Hartnett — 55%
Chair — Todd Hunter — 68%
Helen Giddings — 13%
Craig Eiland — 17%
Dennis Bonnen — 81%
Ryan Guillen — 29%
Lois Kolkhorst — 74%
Tryon Lewis — 80%
Jerry Madden — 70%
Wayne Smith – 84%
Did voter fraud occur on 11.2.10 as Dan Neil has charged?
Neil’s team has said that Travis County improperly marked oversease ballots; when they realized their mistake, they compounded it by not remaking three of the straight-Democratic ballots yet counting them in the election. Travis County refused to let the Neil team see the copies of all the remade overseas ballots.
Dan Neil’s team also found mail ballots that should have been counted but were not and 1,900 felons who may have been ineligible to vote yet did.
Rep. Donna Howard is one of the biggest liberal Reps. in the House and is supported by almost every liberal group in Texas including Planned Parenthood, the Human Rights Campaign (largest homosexual organization in the U. S.), the ACLU Texas, Alliance for Clean Texas, Center for Public Policy Priorities, Equality Texas, NARAL Pro-Choice, Sierra Club, Stand Down Texas, TAPPA, Texas Impact, The Texas Observer, and MECha (who wants to eliminate the border with Mexico entirely and honor Mexican revolutionary war hero Ernesto Zapata and Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara).
It is this type of dismal RINO leadership for the House that made all of us conservative citizens rise up and demand that we have a conservative Speaker this Session. Only 15 Heroes of Texas stood with us and did the right thing yesterday.

As someone stated this morning in an e-mail, when poor decisions come out of the House this Session, everyone except for these 15 people should be held accountable because it was the other legislators who decided to put RINO Straus right back in the Speaker’s chair again.

In the documentary, We Will Not be Silenced, Democrats talk about voter fraud and corruption in the 2008 Democrat Presidential Primary.
We are Americans, not angry liberals.
As Americans, we expect certain liberties and rights that were granted us by our forefathers, who wrote documents like the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. “We the people” expect that these fundamental rights will always be protected. However, in the current Democratic Presidential Primary, this has not been the case. We believe The Democratic National Committee (DNC) made a grave error by depriving American voters of their choice of Hillary Clinton as Democratic nominee. Senator Clinton, by all accounts, except caucuses, won the Primary Election and, therefore, should be the 2008 Democratic Nominee. That didn’t happen, due largely to illegitimate and illegal acts. We have interviews of many accounts from caucus states recounting threats, intimidation, lies, stolen documents, falsified documents, busing in voters in exchange for paying for “dinners,” etc. There are at least 2000 complaints, in Texas alone, of irregularities directed towards the Obama Campaign, that have lead to a very fractured and broken Democratic Party. This documentary is about the disenfranchising of American citizens by the Democratic Party and the Obama Campaign. We the People have made this film. Democrats have sent in their stories from all parts of America. We want to be heard and let the country know how our party has sanctioned the actions of what we feel are Obama Campaign “Chicago Machine” dirty politics. We believe this infamous campaign of “change” from Chicago encouraged and created an army to steal caucus packets, falsify documents, change results, allow unregistered people to vote, scare and intimidate Hillary supporters, stalk them, threaten them, lock them out of their polling places, silence their voices and stop their right to vote, which is, of course, all documented in “We Will Not Be Silenced.”
“We Will Not Be Silenced” is about the people who fight back by simply telling their stories: Teachers, professors, civil rights activists, lawyers, janitors, physicists, ophthalmologists, accountants, mathematicians, retirees – all bound together by their love of America and Democracy. They will tell us their experiences and how they feel betrayed by their own party. They will discuss how their party has disenfranchised them and how, when they saw and reported multiple instances of fraud, everyone turned a blind eye. Rather than support and protect the voices and votes of its loyal members, the DNC chose to sweep this under the rug by looking the other way, or using ceremony and quasi-investigations to assuage angry voters. It is our opinion there never before has been such a “dirty” campaign; the campaign that has broken the hearts and spirits of American voters, who once believed in the Democractic voting system.
We are not angry liberals; we are disappointed Democrats, who love our country and feel the DNC needs to stand for truth, care about its voter base and stop committing actions worse than what we only thought possible of the worst Republicans. The DNC and the Obama Campaign need to be held accountable for the catastrophe of the 2008 Democratic Primary. We must right their wrongs…after all, this is America, the Land of the Free, where every American has the right to a fair, honest voting process, and to have his or her vote counted…
We Will Not Be Silenced
