List of Attorneys General to Call…
Posted April 10th, 2010 by JulieOur Texas Attorney General, along with 12 other Attorneys General, has filed suit against the Health Care Reform Act. We need to bombard (with phone calls) all the other state Attorneys General who have not yet joined in this suit.
Below is a list of Attorneys General to call. Ask them to join the other 13 states who have filed a lawsuit to stop the Health Care Reform Act. If they won’t listen because you are not from their state, remind them that this bill affects all of America, it is unlawful in ALL fifty states, it was not desired by a majority of Americans, and although you can’t personally vote for an AG in another state, you CAN support his/her opponent come re-election time (and remind him/her of how Scott Brown won — it’s not just the House and Senate who need to learn about the power of the tea party!).
You can cite the following reasons for the HCRA being unlawful:
- Encroachment on Individual Liberties
- Removal of States’ Discretion
- Unprecedented Encroachment on State Sovereignty
- Unconstitutional Tax
It’s 43 phone calls, folks. And if the leftist liberals can do it, you better believe we can too.
